This was an exciting project I worked on with the production studio Wind and Foster (London) which celebrated 150 years of Civil Engineering used on London's infamous underground train network, the London Tubes.
I was given a great number of photos and asked to bring them to life using a process popularly tagged as 2-and-a-half-D. Each photo is carefully cleaned up and edited, then put into a 3D space. A digital camera within the composition flies through and brings each photo to life, giving a sense of depth and realism.
Multiple sized digital billboards were created and animated for use at Airports all around Australia. These included portrait smaller digital billboards as well as the larger billboards that usually sit above the baggage claim areas.
Small personal project, creating a recognisable fun character to reuse as a pinup girl for my own work.
Branding for another branch of Boogie Monster. This part of Boogie Monster is meant to concentrate on the production side of things. It was specifically aimed at a more corporate market and smaller digital video productions, but would not exclude larger scale productions.
The branding included a full suite of stationary as well as a website design that I also coded myself.
Personal work in progress.
A Case For Humanity is my first comic written. drawn and coloured by myself. It was my feeble attempt at writing a simple short, and then illustrating and colouring the pages myself. Although I was given a lot of time to produce the 7 page comic, like all things, I ended up doing everything in the smallest amount of time possible. I'm still fairly happy with the results, and it looks great.
This was part of an anthology called Velocity that featured artists from all over South Africa and Australia. It was a great combined effort, and already, we have begun work on a 3rd volume, with more exciting projects in the pipeline.
